Four stages, one managed pipeline. Your team's involvement: send product data, approve the design, sew in the labels.
You share what you already know about each product: composition, origin, certifications, care, repair options. A spreadsheet or PIM export is a fine starting point — we map it into a structured passport model aligned with the EU DPP direction.
Each product line — or each individual item, for resale and anti-counterfeit use — receives a persistent unique ID. The ID is the anchor: labels reference it, passport pages resolve it, and it never changes even when the data behind it does.
The identifier becomes a physical data carrier. Either a QR code onto the textile label, or an NFC inlay sealed inside a soft textile patch — encoded, locked and quality-checked before it ships to your factory.
Scanning or tapping opens a fast, branded passport page we host and maintain. Care instructions, materials, sustainability data, repair contacts — live, editable and mobile-first. No app, no login for the customer.
The differentiator
The EU DPP expects product data to be reachable across the product's life — including second owners, repair shops and recyclers. That is a durability problem before it is a data problem, and it is exactly the problem textile construction solves.
Textile QR labels are scan-tested after repeated wash cycles before a design is approved for production.

Because the tag carries only the identifier, everything behind it stays editable. New certification? Updated care advice? Recycled-content data for next season? Change it once on the hosted page — every garment already in the world points to the new version instantly.
